• Sabbatical officer names and emails from publicly accessible SU websites.

We host this information on Cloudflare (see their privacy policy here). Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored (with at-rest encryption) on Cloudflare’s servers. We will keep your email address and name for the length of the campaign. We will then delete them from the database. Data will still be stored by Workers’ Liberty. If you no longer want your information stored, please contact [email protected].
